  • Arrive 15 minutes early when this is your first time visiting us.
  • Leave your cell phone, pagers, jewelry, watches, and the little ones at home.
    After all, this is YOUR time!!
DON'T… Expand

 

  • Lose your gift card. Gift cards are like cash in your wallet. Please read the back of your card for more information.
  • Miss your appointment. If a cancellation is inevitable, we understand. However, please adhere to our cancellation policy** to avoid being charged for services.

Should a cancellation be necessary, we require a 24 hours notification. This can be done through our online   booking service or by calling or texting us. A 100% charge will be assessed without 24 hour notification.

If you fail to show for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service. fees.
**This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of availability, as well as to keep our therapists' schedules full. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration of your fellow guests.

RUNNING LATE… Expand

 

We will make every effort to accommodate you without disrupting our other bookings – this may mean your service may need to be shortened and adjusted. You will be charged for the full price of the service booked.

How do I tip? Expand

 

We suggest a 20% gratuity based on the price of the service. Cash is preferred but you may also include it on your credit card. All tips may be left at the front desk and our team will receive them at the end of their shift. Please use the envelopes provided and sign your name, we like to say "Thank You". Tips are not included in gift certificates, in series or packages of services.

Will any treatment hurt? Expand

 

It is not our goal to hurt you! Speak up if anything hurts. Everyone’s sensory level is different and also depends on the way you are feeling that particular day. Many factors affect sensory levels – hormones, stress, sleeplessness, medication… Facial extractions and waxing can be uncomfortable if your body is feeling particularly sensitive.

Do you offer Gift Certificates? Expand

 

Yes, we offer gift certificates, the perfect way to say so many things!
Choose an individual service, a package, or a monetary amount.
We always honor the monetary amount if your service choice differentiates from your gift card!
Our goal is to make the recipient happy.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificates are transferable upon confirmation with the purchaser.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. A $25.00 or 25%  maintenance charge will be placed on the gift card after 12 months.
Gift Cards can be purchased directly online.

How do I replenish a product you recommended during a service if I do not remember what was used? Expand

 

It is easy. If you live local or are one of our traveling guests you may phone, text or email and we can look up your transaction, make any recommendations and mail your order.  You can also order online through the Online Boutique!

Do you offer Bridal Services and Group Packages? Expand

 

No, we are a small 2 room boutique clinic.

Due to seasonal changes, please refer to our home page for our hours.
Earlier and later appointments may be available upon request.
Our door might be locked while we are working on clients so please call if you are planning to "pop in" to pick up something.
