We always honor the monetary amount if your service choice is not so perfect! Our goal is to make the recipient happy.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificates are transferable upon confirmation with the purchaser.
Gift Certificates and are valid for the monetary value at the time of purchase. After 12 months a $25 or 25% (depending on the value of the certificate) maintenance fee will be charged.

Treat your Gift Certificate like CASH - if lost we can NOT replace it.
