Along with a thorough cleaning between patrons, we follow a strict
policy of:
No communal dipping of paraffin
No reusing of mud
No double dipping in the wax pot.
How do I tip?
We suggest a 20% gratuity based on the price of
the service. Cash is preferred but you may also include it on
your credit card. All tips may be left at the front desk and our
team will receive them at the end of their shift. Please use the
envelopes provided and sign your name, we like to say ?Thank
You?. Tips are not included in gift certificates or packages.
What are the best treatments for a "Spa Virgin"?
This depends on your needs, but our Ocean Facial
& a 60 minute massage is a great place to start or you can try
a package if you are looking for a little variety – just like
going to a buffet, a little sampling of everything!
What do I need to bring with me?
Just bring you! For your
convenience we provide a locker to hang your clothing in, a
luxurious robe, towels and slippers for guests having 3 or more
spa services. A shower is available and stocked with amenities
for you to use. We suggest leaving all valuables at home. If
you wish to apply any make up after the service, bring the basics.
Will any treatment hurt?
It is not our goal to hurt you! Speak
up if anything hurts. Everyone?s sensory level is different and
also depends on the way you are feeling that particular day.
Many factors affect sensory levels ? hormones, stress,
sleeplessness, medication? Facial extractions and waxing can
be uncomfortable if your body is feeling particularly sensitive.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates, the perfect way
to say so many things!
Choose an individual service, a package, or a monetary amount.
We always honor the monetary amount if your service choice differentiates
from your gift card!
Our goal is to make the recipient happy.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificates are transferable upon confirmation with the purchaser.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. A $25.00 or 25% maintenance charge will be placed on the gift card after 12 months.
I received a Gift Card, what do I do now?
Lucky you! Just call us to book an appointment.
Remember to have the certificate number with you or know the name
of the person who purchased it. You are not obligated to any particular
service. Gift Certificates may be used for all services and products;
you may spend as you wish. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After 12 months, a $25 or 25% (depending
on the value of the card) maintenance fee will be charged to keep
the account current. If the price of the service on your gift certificate
has changed you will only be required to pay the difference. If the
service is no longer on our menu you may substitute for another service
of the same value.
How do I replenish a product
you recommended during a service if I do not remember what was used?
It is easy. If you live local or are one of our traveling
guests you may phone, fax or email the spa and we can look up your
transaction, make any recommendations and mail your order. You may

specials that may not be available in our boutique.
Do you offer Bridal Services and Group
Packages?
Yes, we can accommodate groups. An individual consultation
is set up to access your needs. These services can include the full
spa or just our hair department.
