Hair Stylist

If you are an experienced, PA Licensed Hair Stylist, with a following, that is looking for a change and an opportunity to be a part of an extraordinary relaxed small team, then keep on reading!

We are an Exclusive Bb Salon and use two professional color brands in order to provide quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong desire to provide extraordinary customer service to build your business.

Must be confident in all facets of hair - especially when it comes to bridal styles and up-dos. We have a strong wedding business. These qualities will ensure your success with us. It is important for candidates to be energetic, able to work unsupervised and to have a positive attitude and drive to succeed in our relaxed environment.

Hours are open for discussion, part time, weekend work for our wedding business is a must. Successful applicants will have a 2 part confidential interview. Firstly, we will chat. Secondly you will be required to perform a cut & a color including some highlights on a client of your choice and an up-do.

Principle duties include:
  • Must successfully perform consultation, color and cutting services.
  • Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Generate new clientèle.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of work station and common areas.
  • Ability to work as a team in a relaxed environment.
  • Ability to maintain and perform Skin 'N Tonic protocols.
  • Must be able to sell retail.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Hold a current PA State License.
  • Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, and staff.
  • Must be a friendly, self motivated, driven individual.
  • Able to work weekends and evenings.
