Make a reservation. A credit card or gift card number
will be taken to secure the appointment, therapist, and treatments
requested.

Lose your gift card. Gift cards are like cash in your
wallet. Please read the back of your card for more information.

We will make every effort to accommodate you without
disrupting our other bookings – this may mean your service may need
to be shortened and adjusted.

Miss your appointment. If a cancellation is inevitable,
we understand. However, please adhere to our cancellation policy to
avoid being charged for services.
Should a cancellation be necessary, A 100% charge will be assessed without
24 hour notification.
Packages, group bookings and services requiring more than 90 minutes or a 100% charge will be assessed.
If you fail to show for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service.
